Technologies of the Trek ÉMONDA SLR 7 DISC:
– Faster on climbs, faster on flats. Wherever you ride, the aerodynamic tube shapes of the all-new Émonda give you a noticeable advantage.
– Developed in collaboration with the pros at Trek-Segafredo, the H1.5 geometry puts riders in an aerodynamically optimized position. This geometry meets all the needs of our racers.
– Trek’s un-shortenable Ride Tuned seat tower is designed for the extreme demands of pro racing. It’s the lightest, most comfortable solution for top daily performance and comfort, no matter how bumpy the course or how hard you ride.
– New flat mount disc brakes are sleeker, lighter, more compact and sleeker than traditional disc brakes with superior performance and reliable stopping power even in harsh conditions.
– Our sturdy, reliable rear thru axle is about 35% stiffer than a rear triangle with open dropouts. And thanks to a guide with locking points in the dropout of the frame, wheel changes with thru axle are now child’s play and lightning fast.
– DuoTrap S (sold separately) integrates a Bluetooth®/ANT+ sensor into the frame. Track your tours and fitness progress on your computer or smartphone without an external sensor. The sensor is compatible with all other ANT+ enabled devices, whether from Bontrager, Garmin, PowerTap or SRM.
