Details of the CHENOA BOSCH CX B3 – XT

In addition to the fiber quality, the resin matrix is crucial for the production of carbon fiber mats. The Simplon specific hot-melt process minimizes the amount of resin in the fiber matrix. The carbon fibers are directly impregnated with the epoxy resin without additional solvents. The lower resin content saves weight, while the balanced matrix ensures high stiffness and homogeneous quality.

The technology for balanced damping characteristics, applied in Simplon seatposts as well as in the frames in the area of the seat tube and rear frame triangle. This results in greater riding comfort due to reduced vibration and reliable control at high speeds. This reduces muscle fatigue without sacrificing power transmission.

625 Wh of concentrated energy are elegantly integrated into the sloping tube. The battery can be conveniently removed for charging.

Cables and cables run from the handlebars through a special headset into the frame. The smart headset serves a tidy appearance and the protection of the trains.

All cables always run internally in both the main frame and the rear triangle. The advantages: low operating forces, tidy appearance, protection of the cables.
