Technologies of the Liv LANGMA ADVANCED SL – Dura Ace Di2 women’s road bike

• – This highest grade carbon fiber is used to create an exclusive composite frame material that is woven and processed in Liv’s own factory. Carbon nanotube technology (CNT) involves adding a microscopic polymer to Liv’s special resin blend. These CNT particles act as miniature-sized support pillars, strengthening the composite layers. Frames treated with CNT have 14 times the impact resistance of frames without CNT and are up to 100g lighter.

• – A downward sloping top tube creates smaller front and rear triangles for a lighter, stiffer bike. It makes it easier for riders of all sizes to get the perfect fit.

• – This proprietary seatpost offers an optimized blend of light weight, superior feel and easy adjustability to enhance the overall performance of the Langma road bike line.

• -Fork steerer – Built for steering precision, the extra-large headset bearings (1 1/4″ bottom, 1 1/8″ top for road, 1 1/2″ bottom and 1 1/8″ top for mountain) and tapered steerer tube deliver optimal front-end stiffness.

• – The PowerCore bottom bracket shell is another item that contributes to Liv’s high frame stiffness. The wide fit of the bottom bracket cups and the good connection around MegaDrive down tube increase the frame stiffness.
