Basil Downtube Battery Cover – Black

The Basil Battery Cover is a protective cover for the frame battery of the e-bike. The protective cover is suitable for both men’s and women’s bikes. This neoprene battery cover is suitable for the Bosch Active battery and the frame batteries of the Performance series. The protective cover is ideal for improving the life of the batteries and at the same time protects against extreme temperatures. Specifically, it means that the battery is protected from temperatures below 15 degrees and above 25 degrees.
The battery protector is made of 4.5 mm thick neoprene. The thermal protection improves the battery’s performance and ensures a longer battery life. It also protects the battery against shock and damage. The protective cover is provided with the necessary cutouts to easily operate the battery and the remaining usage time is easy to read. It is attached with Velcro fasteners.
We advise to use the battery cover at temperatures below 15 degrees and above 25 degrees. We advise to remove the battery cover during charging.
